Ben Mclemore 2 big dunks vs the Clippers and Williams big alley oops

Mclemore and Derrick Williams had some high flying dunks and look to be a good young duo.  They had multiple passes on the fastbreak to each other and had some good chemistry.  Mclemore also had an alley oop from Williams and Williams had some other dunks too.
Ben Mclemore dunks on Darren Collison as Derrick Williams runs the break.
Ben Mclemore had this reverse dunk on the fastbreak steal ealier.
Derrick Williams had an incredible one hand alley oop that didn't count because of a foul a second before.
However Williams gets the alley oop on the next play! Incredible!
This time Mclemore leads the break and Williams gets his first points as a King!

Marcus Thornton Potential Trades

The Kings just moved their starting small forward Mbah a Moute for a young promising player in Derrick Williams and have made it no secret they are trying to move more players in an effort to get younger and better.  Thornton is sure to be moved by the deadline if not sooner as he has gotten multiple DNPs the last games after starting the first couple games.  Thornton current deal is 8 million per year for 2 years.

Grizzlies Recieve: Marcus Thornnton
Kings Recieve: Tayshaun Prince, Jamaal Franklin, 1st round pick

The Grizz are in a win now situation and need a scorer on the wing and Thornton would definitely give them that as he is capable of putting up 18 a night.  Prince hasn't been a scoring threat all year averaging 7 a game but the Kings need a player to play 20-22 minutes for them at SF with Mbah a Moute gone and Williams to play small and power forward (i think he is more of a power forward).  Also, the Grizz need to get his 7 million for 2 year contract off their team if they are going to give up their first round pick.  The kings also get Franklin who fell to the second round but I think he was a first round talent who could blossom into a starting small forward or 6th man who can defend and score.  The Grizzlies first round pick will fall around 15-19 which is nice in this deep draft.

Pacers Receive: Marcus Thornton, Jason Thompson
Kings Receive: Danny Granger

If the Kings really want to give up on this season they could get Granger who is very injury prone but has a one year 14 million contract that would give the Kings plenty of cap space to work with this summer.  Granger will only play a handful of games this season so this trade would be all about getting cap space.  The Kings give up Thornton and Thompson's bad contract (4 years 5.6 a year) but the Pacers get a bench scorer in Thornton which they don't have.  Thompson could help them as a backup energy guy at power forward.

Nuggets Receive: Marcus Thornton, Travis Outlaw, Grevis Vasquez
Kings Receive: Wilson Chandler, Andre Miller, Darrel Arthur

The Nuggets get a scorer they need to compete in the West in Thornton and get a pass first point guard to backup Lawson and Outlaw to play Small forward until Gallinari gets back (which is why Chandler is expendable to them.)  The Nuggets second leading scorer averages 11 points a game so they need a scorer. Chandler would be the small forward the kings are looking for as he makes threes, defends, and doesn't need the ball in his hands to be effective.  Miller has 2 years left at 5 mill a year and Arthur is an energy player who probably won't see much time.   This could pave way for IT to start and give Jimmer or Ray Mac more of a chance to play.

Rajon Rondo Potential Trades

With the Celtics in rebuilding mode the team is looking to tank this year most likely to get a top draft pick.  The team is said to be shopping Rondo and could look for young pieces as well as salary cap space.

New York Knicks get: Rondo, Gerald Wallace, Courtney Lee
Celtics get: Amare Stoudemire, Imaan Shumpert, Raymond Felton 1st round pick

They said they don't mind taking on Amare's huge deal if they can get rid or Wallace and the Celtics also get a nice young player in Shumpert.  The first pick could be top 15 also this year if the Knicks can't figure out their early season woes.  The Knicks get an all star point guard in Rondo to help them try to become a contender in the next couple of seasons.

Dallas Mavericks get: Rondo, Courtney Lee
Celtics get: Jose Calderon, Vince Carter, and Shawn Marion, 1st round pick

The Celtics get 2 expiring contracts in Marion and Carter for a total of 12.5 million and a bad contract in Calderon (6.7 mil for 4 yrs).  The Celtics can then get rid of one of their bad contacts in Lee (5.5 mil for 3 yrs).  Calderon is eligible to traded December 15th.

Houston Rockets get: Rondo
Celtics get: Omer Asik, Terrance Jones, Patrick Beverly, 1st round pick

The Celtics get a good big man in Asik who only has 2 years on his deal left, and 2 nice young players in Jones who is the Rockets starting power forward currently and Beverly both for very cheap. The Rockets get the point guard they need to make them contenders and give up a 1st round pick probably in the 22-27 range.

Sacramento Kings get: Rondo, Jordan Crawford, Brandon Bass, and Marshon Brooks.
Celtics get: Marcus Thornton, Isaiah Thomas, Patrick Patterson, Jimmer Fredette, and Chuck Hayes

This is a massive 4 for 5 person trade that would really shake up both rosters which the teams don't mind doing.  The Celtics get expiring contracts in Jimmer, Isaiah and Patterson and Hayes who has 2 years left as well as a good NBA scorer in Thornton who has 2 yaers left too.  Isaiah is also a nice young piece they could resign, hes averaging 18 ppg this year so far.  The Kings get one of the top NBA point guards in Rondo as well as two guards who have potential and Bass is a solid PF.

Omer Asik Trade Scenarios

It's been no secret Asik has been wanting a trade as soon as the Rockets signed Dwight Howard and last week he requested a trade.  The Rockets are exploring trades and will move him before the deadline if not much earlier.

Miami Heat Receive: Omer Asik, Chandler Parsons, Jeremy Lin
Houston Receives: Chris Bosh, Rashard Lewis

Miami gets a huge improvement in rebounding which they are in big time need of and Houston gets a third player to form a big 3 in Bosh (from Houston) who can stretch the floor.  Chandler Parsons is a nice young piece who could be the Heat's sixth man and Lin who would provide a good spark off the bench or could be the starter over Chalmers.
New Orleans Recieves: Omer Asik, 2nd round pick 2014
Houston Recieves: Ryan Anderson

Probably the most talked about trade and the salaries match perfectly. The Pelicans have had a slow start and might want to mix their team up.  Jason Smith has not really got it done as a Center who shoots jumpers outside mostly and averages 5 rebounds per game in 28 minutes.  The Rockets receive Anderson to stretch the floor for Harden to drive and Howard to work down low and Anderson had career numbers when playing with Howard in Orlando.

New York Knicks Recieve: Omer Asik, Motiejunas, Patrick Beverly
Houston Receives: Andrea Bargnani, Raymond Felton, 2nd round pick 2014

The Knicks need a Center to play defense and rebound while Chandler is out for 4-6 more weeks if they are trying to compete this year.  Asik gives them that and Houston gets an upgrade at point guard and a stretch player like Anderson or Bosh in Bargnani.  Iman Shumpert could also be included in this trade but I think it would be more likely that Houston targets Bargnani as the main piece.
